With summer and Gay Pride season approaching Bearwood Apparel commissioned me to produce a bright, colourful and vibrant tee design which resembled the type of tropical floral pictures you often see in budget hotel rooms. 

This design involved a lot of work as I painted each of the flowers and plants in Photoshop from reference photos, then assembled them into a floral arrangement applying drop shadows and embossing the edges to give the piece depth and a 3D look.  I then created a stencil layer featuring the company name, bear and geometric frames.  I subtracted these from the floral display, then applied a black outline to help these elements stand out against what would be the fabric of the teeshirt.  A lot of work, but it was worth it for the completed design.
