After completing the new carrier bag design for Tigerlily I was commissioned to create designs for their corresponding gift vouchers.  Again, the old gift voucher designs looked dated and needed a modern and more professional look, while this time also synching up with the bag designs I had just completed.  The owner of Tigerlily wanted no more than 2 colours on the vouchers, and also wanted the value of the vouchers to be changed from £5 and £10 to the higher values of £10 and £25.

Applying the crowd and Oxford skyline used in the bag design as a base, I was able to tie the vouchers' aesthetic in with the bag previously designed.  In order to make the vouchers look more professional I created features such as the detail on the "£10" and "£25" as well as the value, redeem disclaimer and products stocked features, all of which increase the vouchers security.

As for the colours used, I wanted to create these vouchers not in the Pantone used on the bags, nor in the yellow of the plastic of the bags but instead in an orange which appropriately represented the midway point between the yellow/red gradient of the bags when printed, therefore making the vouchers much more cohesive with the bag designs as well as Tigerlily's brand.
